INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy is as a powerful therapeutic relationship within a trusting, safe, non-judgmental space in which there is genuine respect, warmth, honesty and care about you reaching your desired change and personal growth. Although there will be deep exploration, learning, and self-discovery, there will also be constructive feedback coming from a backdrop of both empathy and my personal desire to keep you encouraged, focused and accountable in your move towards your sought after therapeutic goals.
