WHAT IS A VICTORIOUS MIND?
The stress and heartaches of life can sometimes overpower our thoughts (our mind). One who feels beat up by life has likely been fighting this battle with an overwhelmed or defeated mind. However, it is also within the mind that one can develop and house the strength and personal will to effectively fight and persevere. This is a victorious mind!
TESTIMONIALSHi Dr. Mosby- I’ve been meaning to write and thank you for last week’s session. I realize you work very hard with (my son) every week but last week you gave him the gift of perspective, and it showed all week long. Something really clicked in him…. So for the gift of perspective I thank you, and for the gift of having you in my son’s life.
- Ron L. Thank you so much for your help over the years. I am enjoying life to the fullest. A huge part of my mental success goes to you…just feel the need to sincerely thank you for your guidance and caring demeanor during my time of need.
- Carrie K. From the lonely depths of lifelong trauma, I was drawn to Dr. Mosby's description of the victorious mind. I knew immediately that I wanted to learn those skills and set myself on that path. I found out that he doesn't just teach me skills; he uses my own life experiences and perspectives as the template for showing me what I can accomplish through our connection. Because I had lost so much of myself within abusive relationships, he helped discover my true identity even before I became aware of it myself. He nurtured and soothed and strengthened it by meeting me right where I was each time with incredible patience. Over time, my negative internal dialogue was replaced with awareness, mindfulness, and power to advocate for myself. My mental health finally found a place to feel secure and supported, and I incorporated more and more of myself into an authentic and healing life. Dr. Mosby helped me save my own life, and I am forever grateful. - Becky P. |
